1) SHIPPING INFORMATION

DELIVERY IN ESTONIA AND FINLAND 
(FREE SHIPPING)


-Your order will be shipped out within the next 24h of a workday–if not mutually agreed otherwise.
 -Aegaon is using the services of Itella SMARTPOST and OMNIVA parcel terminals to deliver Your order.
-It may take up to 7 workdays from placing the order to delivery at the parcel terminal, depending on the shipping service provider.
-Your order will stay at the destination post-locker for 7 days to be picked up. You will be notified via SMS with instructions as soon as the shipment has reached its destination.

DELIVERY IN THE REST OF EUROPE (FREE SHIPPING)

-Your order will be shipped  out by Aegaon during the next 24h of a workday – if not agreed mutually otherwise.
-Aegaon is using the services of OMNIVA (national postal service) to deliver the order to the closest postal office to You. The postal office will notify You after they have received Your shipment.
-It may take from 7 to 30 days from placing the order to delivery at Your postal office, depending on the postal service.

DELIVERY IN THE USA AND CANADA (FREE SHIPPING)

-Your order will be shipped by Aegaon during the next 24h on workdays – if not agreed mutually otherwise.
-Aegaon is using the services of OMINVA (national postal services) to deliver Your order.
-It may take from 7-45 days from placing the order to delivery at Your postal office, depending on the postal and customs services.
-The postal office will contact You to after they have received Your shipment.

DELIVERY IN THE REST OF THE WORLD
-Aegaon will contact You during the next 24h (during workdays), to verify the exact destination and transportation solution of Your order.

-Free shipping or not–depending on the destination, will be decided by Aegaon, of which You will be previously informed.
-In case of a disagreement concerning the shipping fee, You will be refunded 100% during the next 48h on workdays.

 

2) GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE

The owner of the online store Aegaon.com (hereinafter referred to as Aegaon) is AEGAON OÜ (Reg: 12794672) located at Harjumaa, Tallinn, Laki tn 3, 10621, Estonia.

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from Aegaon. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. There will be no shipping fee added to the price, if the shipping destination is within EU, USA or CANADA and the shipping method is not door to door delivery via courier.  The shipping cost outside of EU,  USA and CANADA depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store. Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of Aegaon. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

 

3) RETURNS

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. Aegaon must be notified prior of the return via e-mail hello (at) aegaon.com.


The product must be placed inside the watch box it came in and packed appropriately for safe transportation.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, Aegaon has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods or refuse to refund all together.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receiving the returned goods, Aegaon shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract. Aegaon has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.



4) PAYMENT DETAILS

An order confirmation is issued automatically after an order is placed. An order confirmation does not mean that the order has been dispatched, it means the order has been received and is waiting for payment confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation within a few hours since placing the order, please contact us at hello(at)Aegaon.com. It is possible that you entered an incorrect e-mail address, your inbox is full, or the e-mail was caught in a spam filter.

Secure payment via internet bank is enabled by “Maksekeskus”, allowing you to pay for your internet purchases easy and safe. You will be redirected from Aegaon e-store to the internet bank or other payment method site of Your preference.

The order is finalized and filled after the purchase sum reaches Aegaon bank account. The prices of all products sold in the Aegaon e-store are in euros and include the VAT valid in Estonia at the time of purchase, as well as any other taxes established by the state or the local government.



5) WARRANTY DETAILS

Wristwatch is a product, that needs taking care of and its using should be based on the use of care principles. Careless handling can cause damage to the casing, optics and watch movement. Setting the time in a damp environment is prohibited and violating this warning may cause humidity damage inside the watch. Wearing the watch in hot and damp rooms like the sauna is prohibited due to the risk of losing water resistance, that may lead to breaking of the movement.

Sales-warranty applies to the watch movement and defects of the manufacturer and is valid 2 years after the date of purchase. Sales warranty does not cover:
1) Damage of the casing, optics and watch battery due to misuse of the watch.
2) The watch is opened by an unqualified person.
3) There is no watch certificate.
4) Water and sauna damages.

We ask You to inform Aegaon Watches on hello(at)aegaon.com about sending in the watch for service with a most detailed description of the damage or the possible cause of it, after which Aegaon Watches will inform You of the further steps on how to organize transport of the watch.



6) PRIVACY POLICY

Aegaon only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser.

Aegaon forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.


7) SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Settlement of disputes All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to hello(at)aegaon.com. If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.

A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
